Dear reader

We have had a wonderful 5 days in Barcelona.  We thoroughly recommend you visit the Picasso Museum, Familia Sagrada absolutely amazing- even our children found it inspiring, Güell Park to name but a few.  As for places to eat- we hit gold with les Quinze nits on plaza Real-queue before 9 pm and you will get in quite quickly the food is lovely and the prices are even better.  We also had some tapas at Mosquito, 46 Carrera cardens which was wonderful the decor behived the delightful food and staff.  We have found the Barcelona people to be truly hospitable and friendly.  Thank you Barcelona for a memorable experience.  We have been fortunate to travel all over the world and have stayed in amazing hotels, villas etc, but we have enjoyed this city as much as any other and will leave with fond memories.  Our children loved it all too.

We will return one day and perhaps venture out of the city next time as well.
