5. Behaviour
Please observes that in the Terms and Conditions of Sol Republica S.L., the annoyances caused by high music and celebrations are strictly forbidden. The guests residing in an apartment of Sol Republica S.L. must be aware that if neighbors complain or call the police due to loud music, it can result in immediate evacuation of the apartment.
The client when signing the contract of check-in takes responsibility of the decent and correct behavior of all guests accompanying him.
If this person, or the people in its company do not behave in a correct manner, Sol Republica S.L. can ask the client and the people accompanying him to evacuate the apartment without any right for claims or compensation. This also includes the pre paid rent and the damage deposit. By reserving with Sol Republica S.L. you already have accepted our terms and conditions, and consequently you are expected to respect these norms. Also you will be asked to sign these norms at the check-in when the apartment will be delivered to you.
THE HOURS OF REST ARE EVERY DAY FROM 22,00 p.m. to 10,00 a.m. We hope for your collaboration and understanding in these maters, all apartments are located in residential areas where people must live and wake up early to work, the rest of inhabitants must be respected.
6.Liabilities
Neither Sol Republica S.L. or the proprietor of the apartment will be held responsible for direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the apartment, this includes, criminal behavior, losses because of fires, and robberies.
In case of any infraction of the previously mentioned, Sol Republica S.L. b will have the right to ask the client to evacuate the apartment, without any type of compensation.
