Arrival/Departure. 

Carefully read the following, arrival and departure process.

1. At the same time BarcelonaNextDoor will send you the confirmation of your reservation, you will also receive a detailed e-mail with step by step procedure of what to do upon arrival.  If within 24 hours you haven´t received that form, please let us know and we will send it to you as quickly as possible.

2.  It will be required that you inform us about your arrival time if you have not already done so at the time completing the booking.

3.  When you arrive and you have recollected your luggage, please contact us in the Check in phone numbers you received in the confirmation e-mail BEFORE LEAVING THE AIRPORT. Let us know if you are delayed. That way we can be at the apartment when you arrive.

 4. When we receive you at the apartment we will provide you with the following service:

a). General tour around the apartment

b). Explain the use of the domestic equipment if there are any doubts.

c). Explain the rubish removal procedure, the closest grocery stores, and the closest metro station specific to that area.

d). Delivery of keys and procedure of what to do when checking out.

 5.The Check in schedul is from Since Monday to  Friday: 15:00h  to 20:00h without cost in our office,  late Check in after 20:00 h 20 € extra, late check in after 21:00 h 30 € extra, and late check in after 00:00 h 40 € extra. 

Our office is closed saterday and sunday, so the check in's cost is: 15:00h  to 20:00h 20 €,  late Check in after 20:00 h 20 € extra, late check in after 21:00 h 30 € extra, and late check in after 00:00 h 40 € extra. 

If you arrive early in the morning we will invite you to keep your luggage in our office until we can make the check in.

                  ·        The late check in fee is to be added to the whole amount to be payed on arrival and handed directly to the person  receiving you. 

The Check Out time: 11.00 am.  (if you are leaving Barcelona the later part of the day it is possible to keep the luggage in the office).

When you check out: please leave the keys on the table and call the provided phone number at check in and confirm, that all windows are closed, all electrodomestics are off and that liter has been disposed outside. 

        If you leave cash deposit we will be at the apartment at the arranged hour and return the deposit in case no damage has been made.

 ·         If in the apartment you should find anything missing, broken or if you accidentally damage something. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can settle the matter, we don t want you to be inconvenienced by anything that can be arranged during your stay. 

·         You can contact us for any kind of questions or general informations regarding the City or the apartment during office hours.  We will be happy to assist you.

            ·         We can also book a taxi for you prior to departure if you advice us with avanced notice. 

The apartments are situated in residential areas therefore the rest of the neighbours must be respected.   Quiet hours are from 22:00 am to 10:00 pm.
